Vitamin Water
There has been a lot of hype around these Vitamin Water products, probably sparred by the almost subliminal advertising campaign. For nearly a dollar fifty a pop, they ought to be filled with a day’s worth of vitamins, but when you get down to it, they are little more than glorified water. I bought a few cases of it in bulk, but all the flavors wore thin after a while. All the drinks contain sugar, so there is very little health benefit. I guess I’ll stick with the vitamin-less Gatoraide that has more flavor and costs a whole lot less.
