Fire Ants
It’s the time of year when it’s a concern to step out into your own yard. Not because the grass isn’t green, because it rains almost every day. Those of us in the southern United States know the risks of fire ants. I was recently attacked by a mound. The stings were all extremely itchy and produced little pimple-like marks al over my legs. The wounds then produced a heavy scab. These things are nothing to mess with so invets in some ant killer if necessary.
