Ron Paul

There has never been as much buzz for a presidential candidate than there is for Republican Ron Paul. His mixture of supporters are diverse and he has raised a ton of money. Everyone from pro-life Christian fundamentalists to those who want to see even more American tax relief support the Texas congressman. Personally, I could never vote for him. He wants to cut taxes and a ton of government programs, leaving many to fend for themselves. I has always thought libertarians like him were just pot smoking GOP members.

Vacation Time

Las Vegas was once an adults-only destination filled with gambling and vice. The gambling and vice still remain in Sin City, but now there are reasons to bring the whole family. My wife and I switch up and spend time gambling and having fun while the other takes the kids to one of the famed shows or attractions. Since all the casinos want you to stay in their hotels, it isn’t very hard to find a cheap hotel Las Vegas.

Faster Internet

I was having some internet problems recently, namely shoddy service. It would be fine for a while, and all of a sudden, my connection would be lost. It was getting to be quite annoying. The guy who came out to repair the fiber optic cables said the reason my service was so bad of late is because of the splitters. After a hurricane, the cable was installed again very haphazardly. Therefore, the signal had to travel through about 5 rusty splitters before it got to my modem.

Do You Have?

Whenever I am at a party, there are usually three things people will ask me if I have. One is gum. I always tell them I refuse to chew gum because it is nauseating. The other is a lighter. I am happy to provide a light when I have it, so that one isn’t a big deal. The third is makeup mirrors. Why would anyone think I had a makeup mirror? I am the least vain person ever, at least when it comes to personal looks. I wear nothing as far as makeup.

Migraine Headaches

There is a history of migraine headaches in my family. Everyone I know gets severe headaches that practically stop them in their tracks. There’s all sorts of medicine around the house, most containing acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine to some degree to help alleviate the symptoms. I am relatively lucky, as I don’t get headaches too often. When I was a kid, I got a few terrible headaches but my adult life has been migraine free, save a few normal headaches.
