Presenting DomuSwap.com

There are plenty of guys (and girls!) out there that have made a considerable amount of money in the real estate market. However, like any other venture, things are bound to slow down every once in a while. Real estate professionals tend to look out for one another, and it has never been more apparent than with the debut of DomuSwap.com.

These are hard times for the real estate sellers among us, which is exactly why David Moskowitz of Sarasota, Florida has brought out DomuSwap.com. As the president of Infoblazer LLC, a web and software development company, you know the site will be a success, and he doesn’t disappoint.

So what exactly is DomuSwap.com? At DomuSwap, sellers of real estate will have exclusive access to free listings where they can trade properties without all the regular hassle. The best part is that it automatically matches properties and notifies the seller based on a predetermined set of specified criteria.

I can tell you first hand that the area around Sarasota is simply buzzing about Moskowitz and his new creation, but what else could we expect from Infoblazer? This site has the potential to save real estate professionals tons of time and money, both of which are at a premium in today’s slow real estate market.

Here is the press release for the debut of what people are calling DomuSwap - The Real Estate Exchange

DEBUTING DOMUSWAP
Online Residential Real Estate Trading; The Future of Real Estate

Sarasota, Florida – May 31, 2007 - Infoblazer LLC. announced today the release of its new real estate trading web site, DomuSwap.com, at the 2007 District 13 Technology & Business Expo in Sarasota Florida.

About DomuSwap
DomuSwap is an online listing service exclusively for sellers of residential real estate who will consider an exchange of property. Unlike most other real estate search engines that focus exclusively on buyers finding houses, DomuSwap caters to sellers looking to also buy another house and who therefore may be interested in an exchange.

In a real estate market such as the current one, there are many more sellers than buyers, and therefore few offers and sales. Many of these sellers, however, are actually buyers needing to sell their existing homes before they can buy. Using computer based matching of seller specified criteria, DomuSwap can uncover possible trades among listings and expand the seller’s market to include many more potential customers

Infoblazer will be marketing DomuSwap nationally, so trades can be accomplished nationwide, as well as within the same market.

About Infoblazer

Pool: A Fun Game

If you are a guy looking to go out and have a good time, but lack the ability to compete in highly mobile sports, maybe billiards is for you! Pool is a game that doesn’t require you to move anything except a stick with a smooth motion. There is no running, no sliding, no catching, and little hand-eye coordination. Pool is a game made completely of angles and strategy, with emphasis on intelligence. Every shot in pool counts and may be a turn of tides. There are many leagues out there to join, some for fun and others for money. Check out pool sometime! I just made this PSA because everyone knows what pool is, and everyone has played around on a table, but few actually try to learn and compete in the game anymore.

Shoe Closet

How many of you guys out there could have a small fortune if you could sell back her shoes? It is true some women have a shoe addiction and buy many pairs they may never wear. Though not universally true, many men are not as guilty when it comes to shoe hoarding. Guys typically hold on to only a few different types of shoes, most often a pair of working boots, some casual shoes or flip-flops, and a sporting sneakers like the Air Jordan. Sometimes you can go out and try new shoes like skateboarding ones that offer good support for both sports and casual life.

Birthday Ideas

Whenever that time of year is coming around, guys know they are on the clock. It could only be the wife’s birthday, the one time a year a guy must go to great lengths to insure a great day for her. There should be a few birthday musts for all sweet guys to remember, flowers and candy are a must as are cards and breakfast in bed. Combine practical gifts like a new cookware set with flashier ones like jewelry.

Truck Time

When you have a family, you may realize having the minivan is the most viable family transport option. If you have some money to play around with, you may also like to have a truck. Many working men depend on their truck on the job site and for recreation. Imagine a ladder rack doubling as a holder for camping supplies with your children? Not everything has to be in the minivan!
